Aedaris service terms

These terms describe use of Aedaris, provided by Aedaris LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company. Questions: info@aedaris.io. A signed customer agreement controls commercial commitments and takes precedence if it conflicts with these website terms.

Authorized business use

Subject to your applicable agreement and assigned access, Aedaris grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your organization's authorized business purposes. Keep accounts individual and credentials confidential. Access is limited to the organizations, records and features assigned to you. An email domain alone does not grant administrator access or remove individual restrictions.

Your records and responsibilities

You retain rights to records you provide. You must have authority to provide those records and to authorize integrations or communications. Aedaris processes them to provide the agreed service. Do not bypass access controls, access another organization's information, send unsolicited messages, upload malicious content or use the service unlawfully. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly to info@aedaris.io.

Service availability and decisions

Features depend on your agreement, configuration and release status. Preview features and planned integrations are identified as such. Sensor readings, reminders and dashboards support human decisions; they are not emergency services or a substitute for required inspection, safety procedures or professional judgment. No uptime, implementation date, price or service-level commitment is created by a website description.

Integrations

Third-party connections require separate authorization by an appropriate administrator and are subject to the provider's terms. We describe intended permissions on the integration access page. Do not send provider passwords or tokens to support. You may withdraw provider authorization; deleting imported information requires a separate request. Google sign-in does not connect QuickBooks or enroll you in SMS.

Messaging terms

Optional operational messages follow our messaging terms. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of obtaining an Aedaris account. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy, suspension and changes

Our privacy policy describes information handling. Access may be suspended or removed to protect the service, follow an administrator's instructions or enforce the applicable agreement. The customer agreement governs fees, termination, warranties, liability and dispute resolution; these pages do not replace negotiated provisions. We will identify material changes and provide notice as required by that agreement or applicable law.
