Optional service messages

Aedaris LLC's planned Aedaris service-notification program covers work assignments, maintenance reminders, service-status updates and requested operational alerts. SMS enrollment is not available on this page. A program must be activated and its consent process verified before messages begin.

Your choice

Providing a phone number, receiving a work assignment or signing into Aedaris is not SMS consent. Enrollment must identify the sender and purpose, present an optional unchecked consent choice and record your affirmative agreement. Consent is not a condition of purchase or account access. Message frequency varies with your assignments and alerts. Message and data rates may apply.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. You can also email info@aedaris.io. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation of the opt-out; further program messages must stop unless you enroll again. Use the contact email if messages continue or your number changes.

Privacy and delivery

Mobile information and text-message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging providers process information only as needed to deliver and support the program. Read our privacy policy and terms of use. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS is not an emergency or safety-critical notification channel.

Messages sent for another organization

If an organization such as ISS operates a separate program through Aedaris, its enrollment must name that organization, describe its program and link its applicable policies. Consent to one program does not enroll you in another. These Aedaris terms do not establish approval or consent for an ISS-branded campaign.
