Information and purposes

Sharing and service providers

Your organization determines which authorized people may use its workspace. We may use service providers to authenticate accounts, host or operate the service, deliver requested communications and handle support. Google supplies Google sign-in; Twilio is the proposed messaging provider. Providers receive information needed for their service. Available integrations and their activation status are described on the integration access page.

We do not sell personal information. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in information and consent are not sold or shared for another party's marketing. Limited processing by messaging providers is permitted solely to deliver and support the messages you requested.

We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights, investigate misuse or respond to a security incident. QuickBooks data may only be processed for authorized application functionality and the applicable Intuit terms; general service-improvement language does not authorize unrelated use, advertising or AI model training with that data.

Cookies and browser storage

Aedaris uses necessary session storage for sign-in and local storage for interface preferences. Choosing “Remember me” creates a secure session cookie with a maximum 30-day lifetime; sign-out or administrator revocation can end it sooner. Google sign-in is subject to Google's privacy practices. These pages do not add advertising trackers.

Security and sensitive information

The application uses HTTPS, approved accounts and permission checks. Clients receive the company workspace and features assigned by an administrator. Do not include passwords, access tokens, Social Security numbers, payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information in feedback, email or SMS.

Encryption coverage for sensitive information, including stored copies, exports and backups, must be verified before a workflow is approved to receive it. This policy does not certify that every stored field, export or backup is encrypted. Contact us before enabling a workflow involving sensitive personal information.

Retention, withdrawal and deletion

We retain information as needed for the authorized service, security, contractual obligations and applicable recordkeeping duties. The period depends on the record and agreement. Contact us to request access, correction, restriction, export or deletion. We verify the request and coordinate with the organization responsible for the records. Required legal records and backup handling may affect when deletion is complete; we will explain applicable limits.

Disconnecting a provider stops its authorization but does not itself erase previously imported records. For QuickBooks, withdrawal must also stop unauthorized continued processing of retained information. Contact us to coordinate cessation and deletion, including derived records and backups, subject to documented legal retention obligations. See disconnect guidance.

Your choices and contact

SMS is optional. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help where a messaging program is active. You may also contact info@aedaris.io. For organization-managed information, your administrator may be the appropriate first contact. We will review applicable privacy rights based on your location and our role. The service is intended for authorized business users, not children.
