Know what you authorize
Development preview
Signing into Aedaris only opens your assigned workspace. Connecting another service requires a separate decision by an authorized administrator. The descriptions below distinguish current sign-in from planned connections.
Google sign-in
Aedaris uses a verified Google identity, including your email, name, profile picture and stable account identifier, to authenticate an approved account. This sign-in does not request Gmail, Drive or Calendar access. Individual permissions and client company assignments still apply.
Intuit QuickBooks Online
Status: planned connection; production OAuth and live synchronization are not yet verified. The current foundation supports governed financial staging. It does not establish a working live QuickBooks connection.

Only an authorized QuickBooks company administrator should connect the approved company through Intuit's own consent screen. No QuickBooks passwords are entered into Aedaris. Read the connection guidance and withdrawal and disconnect guidance.
QuickBooks data is used for the authorized application functionality, not unrelated advertising, resale or AI model training. Intuit is the provider of QuickBooks; Aedaris does not process customer data on Intuit's behalf or imply Intuit endorsement.
Twilio messaging
Status: operational messaging is being prepared; this page is not proof of an approved sender or active campaign. Where enabled, Twilio receives the destination phone number, sender, message content and delivery information needed for a consented program. Use minimal service details in texts; keep sensitive records inside the authorized workspace. The sender brand, consent and opt-out handling must be verified for each program. See messaging terms.
Support and permission changes
Email info@aedaris.io for permission questions or withdrawal requests. Do not include credentials, tax identifiers or full financial records. Expanding a connection's purpose or scopes requires a new review and, where required, renewed provider consent.
